iPad - What if I forgot my password?

Oops! Did you forget your password? Did you save the Welcome to Ciniki email from when you signed up? The welcome email contains your username and password but if you have lost the email you can follow these steps to get a new password.

For security reasons, we must send you an email to verify your identity and allow you to reset your password.

Tap on the Ciniki App

Tap on the Ciniki App

Tap the Ciniki App icon on your home screen, or tap Safari then enter ciniki.com/manager in the address bar.

	Tap on the Forgot Password link below the Sign In button.

Enter your email address

Enter your email address

A. Enter the email address you used to sign up to Ciniki.

If this email address is no longer valid, you need to contact help@ciniki.com to change your email address and reset your password.

B. Tap on Get New Password.

	Press your home button
	Press the home button and return to the home screen of your iPad.

	Tap the Mail icon to check your email.

Open the email from Ciniki Robot

Open the email from Ciniki Robot

A. Open the email from Ciniki Robot with the subject "Password reset".

B. Tap on the link in the email.

Step 7

Enter your email and new password

Enter your email and new password

A. Enter your email address.

B. Enter your new password.

C. Enter your new password again.

D. Tap Set Password.

Step 8

Your password has been reset.

You can tap OK in the pop-up alert.

You may now return to your home screen and tap the Ciniki App icon to log in to your Ciniki account using your new password.
