| Catalog Information | A. What is the title of the item? Each title must be unique. If you don't title your work, give each painting a unique number. The numbers can be any format you would like, eg: #134 or 2015-01. B. The category will become the album on your website. If you want everything in one large album on your site, pick a category name of Paintings or My Work. C. (optional) What is the unframed size of your item? D. If the item is framed, click on Yes and enter the framed size. E. What is the status of this item? NFS = Not For Sale. F. (optional) Do you have a price for this item? | ... more | |

| Add a description | If you have a description for your item, add it to the description box. You can choose later if you want this visible on your website or not. | ... more | |

| Additional Catalog Information | A. (optional) If you keep a numbering system for your work, enter this item number now or leave it blank. B. (optional) The year this item was completed, or leave it blank. This will be used to determine your latest work to display on your website. C. (optional) The month and day the item was completed. You can leave both as Unspecified or fill in just the month if you can't remember the day. D. (optional) The type of media used to create this item. You can use this to organize your work by media. | Other information | A. (optional) What was the inspiration for this item? B. (optional) Has this item won any awards? C. (optional) Do you have any private notes you want to keep about this item? | ... more | |

| Decide what to publish on your website | A. Do you want this item visible on your website? You can add items to your art catalog without showing them on your website. B. If you want this item to be the thumbnail for an album on your website, click on Yes. Otherwise, the thumbnail will automatically be the latest item in the category. C. What other information do you want visible on your website? Click on No for anything you want to remain private. The price of the item will only be displayed if the status is For Sale. Otherwise NFS, Sold, Private Collection or Artist Collection will be displayed. | ... more | |
